DESCRIPTION:Molly\, a perinatal mental health counselor and yoga teacher\, and Lauren\, a post-partum doula and infant massage educator\, are teaming up to bring you a relaxing and inclusive yoga experience for you and your baby (birth to pre-walkers)! \n\n\n\nThis class is postpartum-friendly and accessible to all levels of yoga\, including complete beginners.
